Description

TRUDESIGN THRU-HULL INSTALL TOOL allow boat builders and owners to carry out the fitting of TruDesign thru-hulls/skin fittings quickly and simply. This is traditionally a task that has needed two people. However, the TRUDESIGN THRU-HULL INSTALL TOOL allows the installation of a thru-hull skin fitting by a single person. No longer is a second person needed to hold the thru-hull skin fitting in place on the outside of the hull and stop it from turning, whilst the first person on the inside of the hull tightens the thru-hull nut. These tools also act as a holder to make applying sealant or epoxy to the thru-hull skin fitting easier as well as keep work areas and hands clean.

This tool works on both standard mushroom/dome head TruDesign thru-hull/skin fittings as well as TruDesign recessed thru-hull skin fittings. Not for use with TruDesign skin fittings with tails.

These TRUDESIGN CONNECTOR 25MM 90 DEG BEND TD90494 hose connectors are used to facilitate routing of hoses around 90° corners, eliminating crimped and stressed hoses. The TRUDESIGN CONNECTOR 25MM 90 DEG BEND TD90494 is moulded from a glass reinforced nylon composite. High strength, high-modulus glass fibres impregnated into the nylon provide dramatic strength, stiffness, toughness, and dimensional stability. TruDesign connectors eliminate the corrosion and electrical bonding problems associated with metallic fittings. The connectors are designed for twin hose clamps, and to not crush under high load conditions.
